Refund policy
Scheduling and Cancellations:
- 24-hour Cancellation Policy: Please email us at info@coachelize.co.za at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged the full fee for the session.
- Late Arrivals: Arriving late to a session will not extend the session time. Please be on time to ensure you receive the full benefits of your allotted time.
Refunds:
- Single Sessions and Bulk Packages: Full refunds are provided if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session. This policy also applies to pre-paid packages, which must be paid in full before the commencement of the sessions.
- Exceptions: Exceptions to our refund policy can be considered on a case-by-case basis in circumstances such as severe illness or family emergencies. Documentation may be required for verification.
